Welcome to the magical peak season of Limes.

This zesty fruit is a great source of:

  • Potassium
  • Vitamins A, B, C, and D
  • Calcium
  • Magnesium

But what to do with them?

Freshly squeezed into water: drinking lime water improves digestion. Limes are acidic which helps to break down food for more effective digestion.
